Our client is an exciting, fast-growing custom home builder establishing a strong presence in Central Dallas, TX. They specialize in high-end custom residential construction, including duplex developments, and are known for their quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and help drive their growth.

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee multiple custom home projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will manage 4+ projects at a time, each valued at approximately $1 million, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards. Experience with duplex builds is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 4+ custom home projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee day-to-day operations, schedules, budgets and quality control
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors and internal teams
• Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays and implement solutions
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations and company standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the construction process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing custom home construction projects
• Experience with duplex builds is required
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (4+ projects)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction schedules, budgets and project management software
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (optional)
• Experience with high-end custom residential construction
• Familiarity with project management software
• Established relationships with local subcontractors and vendors in the Dallas area
