Construction Manager

We're partnering with a luxury home developer in Dallas who's looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on beautiful custom homes with a developer known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of luxury home construction from groundbreaking to final walkthrough
• Manage project schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality expectations
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings and material selections
• Manage change orders and maintain accurate project documentation
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Resolve on-site issues and make decisions to keep projects on track
• Maintain positive relationships with trade partners and vendors

The package
