Construction Superintendent

Our client are on the lookout for an experienced ground up Superintendent to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate MUST have retail or gas station experience.

This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits & bonuses.

Requirements:

• Must have ground up commercial retail experience
• Ability to coordinate and deconflict with subcontractors and owner-provided vendors
• Will be responsible for all operations on the construction site, including safety, verification of subcontractor work quality and correctness in accordance with construction drawings
• Responsible to communicate all RFIs to project management team
• Responsible for three-week look ahead scheduling, due every Monday throughout the project life cycle

This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package
